Yesterday, our staff alongside members of staff from Tūhoe Hauora, Te Pou Oranga O Whakatōhea & Tūwharetoa Ki Kawerau Hauora, engaged in a 5 Day Child Protection Studies Programme.
All week, staff will be embraced in the warmth of the Whare at Te Rangihouhiri II Marae, enhancing the skills and gaining a deeper understanding and knowledge to be able to take positive action to protect children and young people. To then, better support and care for our Whānau, Hapū and Iwi, in their roles.
